My name is Krister Kurzeja. I have a background in cross-country skiing, athletics (mainly in running), weightlifting and bodybuilding. I have been active as PT, strength coach, lecturer and training inspirer for a long time.
I have gained broad experience and a solid knowledge in the field through more than 40 years of experience in strength and fitness training. I have worked 30 years as a certified Personal Trainer in four different organizations.
In the mid-1980s, I studied to become a Naprapath, which was a solid and challenging education. It was a very enlightening period in my life; I began to understand how the different parts of the body work and are connected.
Throughout the years, I have continuously developed my knowledge in the above areas through various studies. Thanks to my combined experience and knowledge, I have been able to develop an effective method that works in terms of both muscle hypertrophy and maximum strength development.
Additionally, I have many years of experience from the business world in leading and developing people.
My goal is to help you reach long-term sustainable health and physique.
Although there is a lot to learn, it is actually quite easy to keep your body fit. The most important thing is to get started and to find your own way forward.
