Before payment, you need to accept the webshop’s ordering and delivery terms After you have pressed the ‘Purchase’ button, the order is registered and can’t be changed or cancelled Please contact Optimal Health’s customer service if you want to cancel or change your order.

You will get a receipt by e-mail where you can review the details of your order. Save the receipt for any possible future needs.

In Krister Kurzeja’s webshop, you can pay through Klarna, SWISH, MobilePay or Bank Transfer.

DELIVERY METHODS AND FEES

The online programmes you have ordered will be delivered to the e-mail address you have registered. We will contact you within 24 hours after ordering for more information regarding the arrangement.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It is important for us at Optimal Health that you are satisfied with your order. Therefore, you can always contact us to ask for more information before you place your order. Once the purchase is completed, there is no right of return.

In case of disputes between the customer and Optimal Hälsa/Health regarding these terms and conditions, Finnish law will be applied.

FORCE MAJEURE

Optimal Health is not responsible for delays or injuries that are caused by situations that are outside the influential power of the company, situations that the company have had no plausible possibility to anticipate nor for consequences that could not have been avoided. Insurmountable situations are considered to be e.g. strikes, sick leaves among employees, import and export bans, disruptions in the transport chain or power outages. If the insurmountable situation persists for more than one month, the Seller and the Customer both have the right to cancel the purchase without indemnification or penalties for late delivery.
