Optimal Health is not responsible for delays or injuries that are caused by situations that are outside the influential power of the company, situations that the company have had no plausible possibility to anticipate nor for consequences that could not have been avoided. Insurmountable situations are considered to be e.g. strikes, sick leaves among employees, import and export bans, disruptions in the transport chain or power outages.<\/em> If the insurmountable situation persists for more than one month, the Seller and the Customer both have the right to cancel the purchase without indemnification or penalties for late delivery.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
